AI Disclosure

AI in Action. Transparency Included.

We use Artificial Intelligence where it accelerates processes, improves analysis, and makes content creation more efficient — but never as a substitute for professional responsibility.

AI assists. Humans decide.

Why We Disclose Our AI Usage

Artificial Intelligence is fundamentally changing marketing, content, and digital processes. Many companies already use AI — often without clear rules, without labeling, and without binding standards.

We deliberately take a different path. As an agency for AI Visibility, Performance Marketing, and AI Compliance, we hold ourselves to the same standards we recommend to our clients. Not because it sounds good — but because trust, quality, and compliance belong together.

Where AI Supports Us

We use AI tools as working instruments — for research, structuring, data analysis, draft writing, and conceptual preparation. The result for our clients: faster evaluations, more efficient processes, better-prepared decisions.

Blog & Expert Content

AI helps with research, structuring, and drafts. Every article is reviewed, assessed for accuracy, and approved.

Client Projects

Data analysis, campaign audits, content creation, compliance checks. Project-specific and transparently communicated.

Where Humans Decide

Strategic recommendations, campaign decisions, budget assessments, client consulting, and all business-critical judgments are based on human expertise. At Easeium, this includes not just tools and processes, but over 20 years of practical experience in performance marketing, SEO, web analytics, and digital strategy.

AI supports the analysis. Humans make the decision.

How We Take Responsibility

Responsibility for content, analyses, recommendations, and decisions always lies with us as an agency — not with the AI system used.

For all AI-assisted processes at Easeium:

The AI systems we use operate as supporting tools for content, analysis, and marketing processes and typically do not fall under high-risk applications under the EU AI Act. Nevertheless, we consistently apply core principles such as transparency, traceability, and human oversight.

Transparency — Content and Technical

We label AI-assisted content on two levels:

Content level:

Technical level (machine-readable):

This labeling follows the transparency principles of the EU AI Act (esp. Article 50), even where a legal requirement for text-based, AI-assisted content does not yet explicitly exist. We label voluntarily because we believe companies should establish clear standards early — rather than reacting only when regulation, customer expectations, or reputational pressure force it.

Transparency is not a risk. It is a quality signal.

Using AI in Your Business — the Right Way?

If you already use AI in marketing, content, or internal processes, transparency, responsibilities, and labeling should be properly established.
